we are We specialize in shipping baskets all over the country which gives our customers the ability to send a heart-felt, personal gift to their long distance family, friends, and associates. For this reason and to keep minimal overhead costs, we are an online business; we operate from a small warehouse, not a storefront. We are Christian based and give all glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for our success!

Ordering Paypal payments are also accepted. Please note if paying by Paypal Electronic Check, it may take a week or more for your payment to clear before we can ship your item. All deliveries to Ohio are subject to 6.75% sales tax.

Returns,
Exchanges and Refunds If an item is returned to us unopened because it was refused or declared undeliverable, you have the option to re-ship and to pay the additional shipping charges, or if you wish to cancel the order, we will give you a 50% credit (excluding fresh fruit, cookie or personalized gifts) to cover our restocking costs. Please note that food items are not resold, therefore we must take a loss on these products if returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded in this situation. Most often, our delivery providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) have a signature release waiver and will leave packages at their own discretion (front porch, back door, neighbor, etc.) if they feel it is a secure location. Tracking information is provided on all packages (excluding APO/FPO addresses) as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery but will assist you with putting a tracer on the package for recovery or for a refund from the delivery carrier. Understandably, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on personalized products. However, if a spelling error was made on our part, we will replace the item at no additional charge. Insurance is provided on all our items. If a product arrives broken or damaged during shipment, e-mail us within 5 days and we will arrange shipping for you to exchange the item at no charge to you. Please keep the original box and packaging so a claim can be filed with the delivery provider. If you paid for guaranteed express shipping and the item was delivered late by the carrier, we will refund your shipping costs based on our shipping polices. Keep in mind the day we ship your item, weekends and holidays are not counted as days in transit.
